In San Francisco, a high-speed scramble to save train station

San Francisco's high-speed rail system is getting a second look after officials urged project designers to update the plan for the unbuilt Transbay Terminal. The current plan would not be able to accommodate half the population estimated to use the system by 2030. Officials are scrambling to redo the plans to ensure the project can receive funding from the stimulus plan.
