Boeing aims to help create fuel cells for aircraft systems

Boeing Co. announced Wednesday it will team with IHI Corp. of Japan to produce fuel cells capable of powering aircraft lights, galleys and other on-board systems. Fuel cells are viewed as a way to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, and the companies said they could be in use as early as 2013.
