Connecticut governor, tribes disagree over Keno

Gov. M. Jodi Rell would like to legalize Keno for Connecticut but faces opposition from the state's American Indian tribes. Rell maintains that Keno is a lottery game, while the two tribes maintain that Keno is a casino game. According to Rell, legalizing Keno could add up to $60 million to the state's coffers.
