Energy-efficiency jobs will require special training

President Barack Obama has proposed a $6 billion energy-efficiency program for homes that's supposed to help unemployed construction workers, but right now there aren't enough trained people to take on some of the more complicated Homestar projects, experts say. Participating contractors would need to be trained, tested and accredited by the Building Performance Institute.
