FDA warns 17 food companies they are violating food-labeling rules

Nestle, Gerber and POM Wonderful were among the 17 food companies that received FDA warning letters regarding misleading health claims on the labels of some of their products. POM maintains that the health information stated on its products is "true and supported by unprecedented scientific research."
