Glory days of New York-to-London flights likely over

The economic downturn severely hurt the New York-to-London airline route as bankers, who make up a large percentage of such passengers, largely avoided trans-Atlantic travel. Airlines are now reporting the route has regained momentum, but it is unlikely it will return to truly good days, insiders say.
