House Republicans seek to overturn EPA's carbon regulations

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson is set to testify before Congress today to defend the agency's proposed limits on greenhouse-gas emissions amid strong opposition from some lawmakers. House Republican leaders have offered a resolution seeking to overturn the EPA's decision to regulate greenhouse gases, and Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., is expected to introduce a bill calling for a two-year delay of regulations.
