Report: Data revenue not keeping up with mobile usage

Wireless data's consumption of bandwidth more than doubled in 2009, but carriers didn't match those gains with additional cash flow, says analyst Chetan Sharma, who notes that revenue related to mobile data increased only 24% last year. Sharma also said AT&T and Verizon Wireless accounted for almost 90% of all new data revenue in the fourth quarter.
