Stimulus money will help build underpass

A village in Chicago will use $20 million in stimulus funds to construct an underpass so that motorists can drive under CSX freight trains, thus easing congestion. This is one of five rail projects that have $100 million in federal money for improvements to freight and passenger rail traffic in an areas that sees more than 1,200 trains each day.
