Time between pregnancies affects early water break risks

Researchers said women whose water broke early in their pregnancy should wait at least 18 months before having another child. Data found black women who got pregnant again within three to six months were almost nine times more likely to have the complication recur and white women had triple the risk compared with those who waited at least 18 months.
