The Federal Reserve later this month will tell banks about how they did on the most recent "stress tests." Jesse Eisinger, a reporter for ProPublica, explains how recent comments by top bank executives suggest they already know their results. "It's a take-home exam where you supply the math and then it's pass/fail," said Joshua Rosner, an analyst with Graham Fisher & Co.
