Institute aims to double study abroad students by 2019

The Institute of International Education's campaign Generation Study Abroad aims to double the number of U.S. students who study abroad to 600,000 by 2019. About 160 colleges and universities have signed on to support the goal, and the institute has dedicated $2 million toward the effort. The institute will recruit students from low income and other underrepresented groups, including community college students.
