Survey finds near unanimity in plans to use social media during Oscars

Out of all female Internet users who planned to watch the Academy Awards on Sunday, 97% said they would access social media while watching, according to a study last month by Influenster. Facebook and Twitter topped the list of sites they were planning to use, while respondents cited a desire to see how other people were responding to the show as their top motivation.
