Florida citrus industry notches victory in Brazilian orange issue

The International Trade Commission ruled Brazilian producers are harming Florida growers with exports of citrus concentrate the Florida growers allege is sold below market prices. Brazilian producers deny they are dumping their product, but the commission said it will continue its investigation.
