Alabama chef beats the odds

Restaurants come and go along the Eastern Shore in Alabama, but chef Steve Anderson, graduate of The CIA, is having great success with Filet, a steakhouse in Fairhope, that has been going strong for nine years. He says that location -- Filet is in a suburban strip mall, not downtown -- good business sense and simply knowing what people want to eat are key.
