Atlanta council approves budget for new terminal

A $1.2 billion construction budget for a new international terminal at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport was approved by the city council on Monday. Delta Air Lines said it supports the plan, but has said that the project's large contingency fund will lead to overspending.
