Hollywood's tallest tower has undergone a makeover from dowdy office building to glamorous apartment building. The 20-story Sunset Vine Tower was the city's first modern skyscraper when it opened in 1963, but it had been vacant since 2001. The CIM Group invested $70 million in renovating the building, which will feature luxury apartments renting for up to $10,000 a month.
