Major chemical companies maintain fresh stream of new hires

Even as chemical companies cut back on graduate recruitment because of cost reductions, many are still interested in hiring fresh and young talent to help boost growth. Dow Corning and BASF, for example, have continued to invest in the best graduate talents available despite the recent economic difficulties. "To be truly competitive, you need to invest in every area, and recruitment is one of them," a chemical-sector recruitment expert said.
