Sustainability gets academic

As companies embrace sustainability, they are teaming with business schools to make sure students understand the increasingly important connection between social concerns and business. Campbell Soup, for example, is working with students from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School to produce a study on sustainable agriculture, packaging and employee engagement.
