Mixed-use project in Oregon would create 3,000 construction jobs

A 750-apartment mixed-use project could be built in the Lloyd District of Portland, Ore., once permits are completed this year. Langley Investment Properties will build four towers as part of a "transit-oriented urban village." The $250 million project has a 28-month construction schedule and would create 3,000 construction jobs.
