Students create assistive devices for daily activities

Students at Utah State University's Assistive Technology Lab are developing technologies, such as a mechanical creeper and wheelchair lift, that make daily activities easier for people with disabilities. Professor Steve Hansen said that beyond providing immediate assistance, one goal of the lab is to develop products targeting progressive disabilities in aging baby boomers.
