Farm-to-table and better-burger restaurants are popping up across the country serving a niche market of health-conscious consumers. According to IFA's Alisa Harrison, approximately 3,000 new restaurant franchises are expected to open this year, including farm-to-table better-burger chains such as Boston-based b.good. "We continually see new burger concepts because burgers and fries never go out of fashion," Harrison said. "It's a concept that people like and if it can be replicated from one region to another, franchising is a great way to grow your business."
