Colo. city council will take up petroleum measure

The Loveland, Colo., City Council is set today to discuss regulation of petroleum producers, despite the Planning Commission's rejection of a measure last month. The measure is meant to protect the health and safety of residents and to keep the city out of lawsuits filed in other municipalities.
