Companies should keep an eye on cybersecurity order

President Barack Obama's cybersecurity order could have far-reaching implications, and businesses should follow its progress closely, says Jamie Barnett, a partner at Venable's cybersecurity practice. "The main thing is to monitor what is going on and, if you can, get involved," he said. Barnett also suggests that companies too small to have IT security personnel engage a consultant to test their system's vulnerability. "Just having a firewall and anti-virus are not enough," he said.
