International survey: Hospitals need to focus on patient satisfaction

Researchers surveyed 1,004 doctors and nurses in the U.S., U.K., Denmark and Israel and found that 85% of them said that hospital management should be more involved in efforts to boost patient satisfaction. The findings appear in the journal BMJ Quality and Safety.
