Teenage innovators steal the show at TED2013

A safer source of nuclear energy and a test for pancreatic, ovarian and lung cancers that costs 3 cents were among the ideas presented by teenagers at TED2013 in Long Beach, Calif. One student, Jack Andraka, won a national award for his screening test. The theme of this year's conference was "The Young. The Wise. The Undiscovered."
