TSA is making progress on new technologies, Pistole says

The Transportation Security Administration is investigating next-generation technologies to detect non-metallic improvised explosive devices and other threats. John Pistole, the chief of TSA, testified at a congressional hearing last week about TSA plans for new technologies.
