Court cites inaccurate job description in bias-case ruling

A federal appeals court has ruled that a case involving an excavator operator should be allowed to move forward because one of his essential job tasks was not included in his written job description. The case shows that job descriptions must be accurate to defend against claims of disability bias, Leigh Anne Benedic writes.
