Many vets with TBI show no symptoms, report says

Many troops exposed to blast waves in Iraq and Afghanistan may have traumatic brain injury but not realize it because of the absence of symptoms such as headaches or dizziness, according to a study published Monday in The Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation. The long-term health consequences of mild forms of TBI are still unclear, researchers noted.
