Districts ask judge to order Ohio to create new funding system

The Ohio Coalition for Equity and Adequacy in School Funding, a group made up of more than 500 school districts, yesterday said the state's school funding is unconstitutional. In the group's belief, Ohio has not created the "thorough and efficient" public education system demanded by the state's constitution.
