Healthy foods are the real fountain of youth, experts say

Baby boomers concerned about "successful aging" are stocking up on foods rich in phytochemicals, plant-derived chemicals that help slow the effects of aging. While they can't stop chronological aging, foods such as spinach, sweet potatoes, salmon, olive oil and whole grains can stunt biological aging, researchers say.
