Lord of the Rings films spur interest in elvish language

Special education students at Turves Green Boys Technology College in Birmingham, England are studying Sindarin, a language created by "Lord of the Rings" author J. R. R. Tolkien. Teacher Zainab Thorp says the Welsh-based language allows the boys to boost their self-esteem. The Times Educational Supplement (3/5)
