Avant-garde Jersey City project could give city's image a lift

Jersey City officials are hopeful that a proposed 52-story condominium and hotel tower will help boost the city's image. The project, designed by renowned architect Rem Koolhaas, would anchor an arts district and feature the unique design of three rectangular slabs stacked perpendicular to each other.
