Candidates who don't send thank you notes are soon forgotten, interviewer says

Jessica Liebman, the manager in charge of editorial hiring at Business Insider, writes that she won't consider a candidate who doesn't send a thank you note. "If I don't get a thank you note, I assume the person doesn't want the job, is disorganized, and I'll likely forget about them," Liebman writes.
