CIA to launch Latin-flavored eatery

The Culinary Institute of America will open a new restaurant at its San Antonio campus this May, featuring Latin dishes created by students in the school's new Latin cuisines certificate program. "What it's going to do to popularize and really cement in the consciousness of Americans all the breath and depth of Latin flavors is tremendous," said managing director David Kellaway.
