Marketing is key to running a restaurant, and there are ways to do it effectively without busting the budget, said Fox's Pizza franchisee Scott Anthony, who offered his advice at a recent seminar. His list of marketing basics include making the customers' experience memorable to spur word-of-mouth, passing out samples in the community and interacting with customers on social media to cement the relationship.
