Survey: Same-day delivery won't win online shoppers

Online retailers rushing to embrace same-day delivery may want to put on the brakes, suggests a new survey from Boston Consulting Group that found that most U.S. consumers find the feature too expensive. "The demand for this service and the willingness to pay do not match the cost of providing it," Boston Consulting Group partner Rob Souza said.
