Apple CFO to step down at end of company's fiscal year

Peter Oppenheimer, Apple's chief financial officer, said he plans to step down in September to pursue personal interests. He will receive a stock award of 100,000 shares on Sept. 21. Luca Maestri, who joined Apple last year, will become CFO.
