Spinal manipulation eases pain sensitivity in placebo-controlled study

A placebo-controlled study found spinal manipulation therapy may help reduce pain sensitivity, University of Florida researchers reported in the Journal of Pain. Researchers said lower pain sensitivity was linked more to results of spinal manipulation than to a placebo effect.
