U.S. government at fault for Sandy-recovery delays, Christie says

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said the cumbersome procedures of the federal government are to blame for the slow pace at which financial aid is being provided to the victims of superstorm Sandy. "I want to get this housing program moving more quickly," Christie said during a town meeting in Toms River.
