Lawmakers take on bullies

Iowa's governor signed a bill Monday making Iowa the 10th state to create and adopt a statewide anti-bullying policy. Meanwhile, Kansas lawmakers last week made progress on a similar bill, and Minnesota legislators are considering a bill against cyber-bullying.
