New eco-friendly Vail resort would shoot for LEED certification

Developers are planning a $1 billion multi-use, eco-friendly resort village in Vail, Colo., that could become the largest LEED-certified resort project in North America. The project, called Ever Vail, would be one of the first projects considered in LEED's new "Neighborhood Development" certification program.
