Procter & Gamble Co. is launching a multiplatform campaign for Clairol's Nice 'n Easy hair-coloring product, Perfect 10. The campaign from Grey, New York, offers the 10 reasons women should consider a new hair color, with a series of four 15- and 30-second TV spots, as well as print, in-store and interactive ads.
