2 out lawmakers part ways on marriage

Minnesota state Sen. Scott Dibble has introduced a bill to extend marriage rights to gays, and argues that the recessionary economy increases the importance of the issue because of the link between marriage and economic security. On the other side of the aisle, an out Minnesota state senator -- Republican Paul Koering -- is opposing marriage equality, saying that the state has other "pressing issues" to deal with.
