Bill seeks healthier food in schools

A bill being introduced by Rep. Lynn Woolsey, D-Calif., would update nutrition standards for food sold in cafeterias, vending machines and elsewhere throughout school buildings. "Current nutrition standards ... [undermine] the federal nutrition standards for meals if students spend their money on unhealthy options," Woolsey said.
