Fed, Bank of England flood system with cash

The Federal Reserve and the Bank of England are trying to bolster the economy by injecting more money into the financial system. The technique, which is being used as central bankers run out of room to drop interest rates further, was used with only limited effectiveness in Japan. Risks include increasing inflation and knowing when to back off the policies.
