Researchers develop home urine test for diabetes diagnosis

U.K. researchers have developed a home urine test that aids in the diagnosis of maturity-onset diabetes for the young, by detecting insulin production by the pancreas. A study published in Diabetic Medicine showed that it may be an effective substitute for standard blood tests conducted in hospitals.
