Unilever reorganizes foodservice unit

Unilever has revamped its foodservice unit, creating a three-tiered Unilever Food Solutions division that is divided into guests, menu and kitchen. "This entire brand relaunch is built upon bringing practical tips to operators so they can have better operations and more profitable restaurants," said the unit's marketing director, Ted Skodol.
