China is likely to see ad shift to digital, including mobile

With more than half a billion people online in China, and half of those using social media, new government restrictions on TV advertising are expected to channel more ad spending to digital. Social networks and microblogs known as "weibo" are likely to be among the beneficiaries as advertisers seek a wide audience, particularly on mobile devices amid sharp growth in smartphone usage.
