Landry's plans makeover for Morton's menu

When his company acquired Morton's Restaurant Group earlier this year, Landry's CEO Tilman Fertitta took a gamble that an improving economy would send diners back to $54 steaks, but he's hedging his bets by tweaking the menu to include less pricey fare. His plans also include changes to the music and ambiance designed to bring in younger guests.
